I was raised up going to church. And I always said that I was going to get back into going.So my grandson had been going here at Blanket Creek with a friend.And the church bus would come to pick up the kids. And one day my grandson said come and
Go to Church with me. And we did.When we went there we were made to feel like we were at home with family. Every one was friendly to us.and mad us feel welcome.I had took care of my husband until he passed away,2 yrs ago. I had been And had been
missing him so bad. And each day I would ask God to give me strength to keep going each day.During vacation Bible school my grand son gave his life to Christ.And I said to Brother Joe's wife walked with me up in front and I gave my sole to Christ. That was the greatest day of my life.And Brother Joe asked me when I wanted to be Baptized
I said I will let you know. So was afraid of going under water where I almost drowned a long time ago swimming. And one night I heard my husband calling my name and I was trying to get to him and couldn't. I knew then it was time to get Baptized. I felt like he was telling me to get it done that with my health problems.
And I felt like it was a sign telling me I needed to get Baptized before it was to late.And the day I was Baptized, I felt like weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was so happy that I had given my life to Christ.
