“07/21/20. Got here shortly after they opened and was pulled in immediately, it's interesting that they have you sit in your car while they do the oil change and related activities. There is a screen near your driver side window where you can watch them under your vehicle and under the hood while they do their work. The whole time a timer is ticking down the time you're in the bay. From the moment I pulled in until the moment they were done with my oil change was under 15 mins. While they were working they were calling out when something was completed and it seemed like someone else was double checking. It was a really neat experience. I did also get my wheels rotated while I was there, you are asked to get out of your vehicle while it is up on the lift. My experience here was very positive and all the employees here were nice and appeared to be very competent at what they were doing. I remember when I lived in San Antonio, TX all the positive experiences I had with Valvoline and it's great to see that great customer service experience also exists over at this location here in Georgetown, KY.”
