The service representative greeted us as we walked into the store and helped us immediately. He was knowledgeable and took care of our needs effortlessly. We were in and out faster than we were expecting. We said..."Wow! That was quick and easy to upgrade a phone!" Very happy!!! Thank you!!!

Went in to conduct what should have been an easy transaction. The billing department made it a nightmare. Taelaesha and Majed worked on my behalf until the situation was resolved. These two were incredible advocates and literally turned it into a great experience. If you have any wireless needs, seriously - go see them. They are absolutely the best! Great store. Better employees!!
