(July 12, 2022, 12:02 pm)From Mississippi came to Louisville on a contract job. I get into my truck the 3rd day into the job and surprise! My starter motor blows out the transmission of my truck. I ride my little bmx bike 2 miles to O'Reilly's to pick up a new one to install it, and it still wouldn't start. I try troubleshooting in the hotel parking lot and couldnt figure it out. No big deal I'll call a mechanic in Louisville and have it towed there to have it fixed. Call all around town and the earliest time i get for someone to even look at it is in a week's time maybe, oh yeah and a whole lot of attitude saying how if I could find someone to look at within a 24-48 hr period I shouldnt be dealing with them. I call Virgilios in Shelbyville and they tell me they can look at it the next day maybe, the day after for sure. I have my truck dropped off at Virgilios and wouldnt you know it they looked at it and had it fixed within 48 hrs and for a good price, and with excellent customer service from AJ. I really do appreciate what Virgilios did for me to get me back on the road. Louisville diesel mechanics could learn a thing or two from these professionals.
(March 22, 2022, 12:15 pm)Great service! Very thorough inspection and they even take videos of everything they find to explain every problem as best they can. The owner and one of his techs stayed almost 2 hours late on a Friday evening to get my truck done because they knew I needed it for the weekend. They were behind schedule due to the alignment shop they use, so it would have been easy for them to put the blame on them and have me wait till Monday. But the owner truly cares and takes care of his customers! Definitely will be back for any issues I have in the future.
