I took my '04 Bonneville GXP in for an idle issue and to assess oil and coolant leaks. The Derby Town Tuning staff looked the car over, performed a coolant service, and replaced wiper blades. More than just providing services, I appreciated the discussion with Jangis (owner and technician) when I came to pick the car up. Although I'm not a mechanic by any measure, I do enjoy talking and learning about the technical aspects of car ownership. As an enthusiast who recently purchased a car that is frustrating to work on and known to have a variety of issues (Northstar V8), Jangis provided several suggestions for me to consider moving forward with maintenance and explained in detail the diagnostics he used on my car. It's reassuring to have a mechanic/technician close by who has an understanding of these engines and is willing to work on them.

I had one of those big discount tire stores put on a set of Bridgestone tires on my Toyota. Driving the car afterward, I found tire vibration. Returning to the store to complain, they rebalanced the tires, actually making it worse. I went to Derby Town Tuning because I was aware of their regularly calibrated balancing/road force machine. They found the issues with my tires and resolved them. Super knowledgable guys, who are totally transparent, and really easy to work with. Their pricing was very reasonable, too!

Derby town tuning replaced muffler, tailpipe, and tips on my 2017 Ford F-150. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the quality of work. I felt they did the job for a reasonable price. I would recommend them for any auto repair job.
