She asked me why I was returning the apparel and what I was looking for instead. After looking around the store for a couple minutes and she asked more specific questions and went to the stock room to find pieces that weren't on the floor. She picked out the perfect sweater!! She went above and beyond for me, and I just really appreciate it!”

“I went with a friend to this store she shopped here for her young son. They were having a sale on a certain brand of clothing that he likes. I thought the store was very tidy and neat. It had a great inventory and lots to choose from. It wasn't real busy at the time that we were there and we could look at everything and not feel rushed. The employees seemed kind and were appropriately dressed and well groomed. They were following the Covid recommendations also. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs this type of clothing as they had a huge amount of items to choose from. It was a very tidy and all clothing was appropriately displayed in order and the shoe section was the same way with lots to choose from there also. Thank you for your time.”

“This was my first visit to the store. I was greeted by the staff and informed of sales going on. I browsed shoes, jewelry, and the handbags. I found a bracelet and matching earrings. Then a cute purple purse “spoke” to me. I took everything to the counter. The items had a great sale price which made AND they also accepted my husband’s military service for an additional percentage off! When the purchase was concluded I was NOT given the floor items. ALL items were replaced with wrapped, untouched pieces. A warranty for 1 year is available for my purse for any stitching or damage issues. I will be back. I even got some perfume samples. CLASSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Ordered with door dash and they hooked this trucker up! Chicken Burrito is huge, full of flavor.. Side of beans. Good. HUGE bag of Tortilla chips with 2 different sauces. RED Salsa was good and had some spice to it. The other lighter colored red salsa was different from what I've ever had and more on sweet side. I enjoyed the food. Thank You. “Excellent customer service! My wife wanted a particular piece that was part of a limited edition. Returned to store day after she pointed it out and was sold out. Started to get the same piece in a different color which was not on sale as the preferred item was. Staff offered to call another store to find exactly what we wanted. Found it in Cinncy and had shipped to my home. One can’t image how helpful that was because I don’t get around easily, had a shopping helper that day and would not have been easy to get to another store far away. Staff member even saved me the shipping cost as he reminded me my wife was enrolled as member or preferred shopper. They were knowledgeable about the products and made it a great shopping experience!!!”
