He spoke to my neighbors before breaking ground, FaceTimed me when I couldn’t be there to answer questions, and made sure I was happy with every step of the project. The level of customer service we received far exceeded our expectations. The fence is very high quality and has added tons of curb appeal to the property. Also, I can assure you that after receiving 3 different quotes from local places, that Penrod certainly offered the most reasonable rates. To him it's just doing "my job" but as a customer its much much more. I have spent two weeks looking for these shoes for my daughter for Christmas like Arnold swarteniger was looking for the doll..the only thing she wanted and they were no where to be find. The sizes and colors that weren’t in the store she was able to order them for me and they were shipped to my house. They were shipped on time and Sue did everything she promised me and even stayed in touch with me and provided me the tracking number which was very helpful. I definitely recommend anyone needing scrubs to purchase from Uniform Destination. This store is very organized, clean and has a wide selection of scrubs, shoes, stethoscopes etc...
