I feel like he went the extra mile, even with the phone ringing Non-Stop he invited me into the bay an pulled a couple of bad parts out from under my hood and physically showed them to me, as well as explained the situation of what's going on with my vehicle... Chevrolet swore up and down I had bad spark plugs but meineke cleared that up real fast for me... In actuality one or more of the previous owners ran synthetic mix instead of full synthetic so I needed a complete oil system flush and a pair of new vvt's. Any and all car maintenance from this point forward will be going through this establishment I'm very pleased with the service performed on my vehicle.”
