“Chrissy is what customer service looks like! I bought a sweater for $20 at another location, wore it once, and discovered that the sweater ripped. I tried returning the sweater to the same location but they told me since I wore it, I could not return it. I explained that I had my receipt and at least they could give me an in store credit. The worker said no. I wanted to talk to a manager but there was none available I was told. I ask for a phone call back. Additionally, I called the other location, explained to Chrissy what happened, and she actually apologized for the other store's behavior and accepted my return back. I actually just exchanged it for something else of the same value. It's not right for someone to purchase something and the product defaults yet the customer is supposed to take the loss! NOT COOL! At least Chrissy didn't see it that way and the store can stand to have her train the workers at the other location. I was so appreciative of the way she handled things that I will shop at that location from now on ONLY. Thank you Chrissy and may GOD BLESS YOU!”

“I came to get my gender bloodwork and a ultrasound. Due to the pandemic my doctors office doesn't allow any visitors for my appointments, with this being my first baby and my parents first grand baby i wanted things to feel more special. Sweet Baby Face did just that. They allow visitors during my ultrasound, masks worn of course. Along with the fact that they was super professional,sweet and very clean. They overall made me feel comfortable and at ease. I'm definitely going back when I'm further along to get another ultrasound. Also, did I mention they put your baby's recorded heartbeat in a stuffed animal for a forever keepsake!! Such a great memory!”

I go in form time to time and I have never had a bad experience or encountered or witnessed any type rudeness from any employee there. I went in today to cash a fairly large check that was written through a Commerce account; however I encountered a few issues while trying to cash the check, but Stephanie the teller who assisted me, went above and beyond while remaining so patient and so pleasant!
