She was so quick to answer the phone and on the rare occasions that she didn't, when I left a message she always called me very shortly afterwards. She was always responsive to my questions and any snag we hit along the way with closing information or scheduling, she kept after it until it was completely resolved. “This was my 1st time bringing my '13 Impala to get an oil change here. What a great experience! There was no line and William instructed me to pull my car into Bay 2. They checked my head & tail lights, high beams, turn signals and brake lights before they began the oil service. Their sign says 15 minute oil change, but I think it took them just a little more than 10 minutes. Raul was kind enough to inform me of other services I should get done to keep my Impala running top notch, with no pressure to have it done today. He showed me my cabin air filter which was REALLY bad and luckily they had 1 replacement filter on hand, so I had them replace that as well. The experience alone will make me come back to get my automatic transmission and radiator services. Shout out to William and Raul, along with the rest of the Valvoline Team for this great experience! I also thought their prices were reasonable. Thanks guys!!! I'll be back!!!”
