“From the moment we arrived, our stay was so peaceful and magical. As soon as we pulled up to the Farm House, Barb greeted us and showed us an Evening Primrose that bloomed in front of our eyes. She showed us around our cabin - Cabin with A View. The cabin was very well thought out in its design for guests and was perfectly cozy. We spent the first night sitting in rocking chairs on the porch with a bottle of wine. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast with the other guests. Everyone was obviously very relaxed and very happy to be there. After breakfast, we went on a gorgeous walk through the grounds. Originally, we thought about going on a hike or kayaking nearby but I was glad we spent the entire weekend at Snug Hollow instead. Sunset was gorgeous by the labyrinth. We had the most romantic and peaceful weekend. I can't want to come back!”

“Our son got married at the vintage barn at midway, (gorgeous venue for a wedding by the way) which is a 10 minute drive from this quiet, secluded, beautiful slice of heaven! Amy and Mike are the most gracious and caring hosts that you will find....period! We relaxed literally sitting on chairs right in the middle of the elkhorn river, (and caught a few small mouth bass) and the peace and quite was surreal!! The cabin/house was clean and accommodating and very comfortable! I'd be very upset if i needed to stay in midway again and it was already booked!!!”

We discovered the historical town of Cynthiana and learned about all their unique places with the town theatre's Ghost Tour! Everything was great there, it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie and I never wanted to leave. “Rented several different apartments from David and Brenda over the years never had anything but fantastic experience! David is very reasonable anything under $50 of course is your responsibility but anything costing over that he takes care of. He work with me several times when I was running behind on my rent most of the time when I paid the late fee he would tell me to just keep my $50 late fee especially if it was around the holidays can't speak highly enough of him or Brenda. I had to move early one time and he didn't hold me to my lease agreement I won't rent from anybody else other than David and Brenda in Henry County I love these two so much they have been so good to me and many other of my family members who have also over the years rent it from them! Oh and also he is not at all a slumlord if you make your place nice you'll have a nice place if you live in a dump you'll have a dump to live in David most of the time does not even come in and inspect your apartment unless people are complaining on you and that's just the truth.”
