“BC&R did an incredible job replacing our roof after wind damage this past spring. We contacted them, Josh promptly came out to do the initial inspection. We informed him of the response Liberty Mutual had provided to our damage claim and he took samples of our shingles and sent them off for analysis. Due to BC&R’s knowledge and expertise Liberty Mutual revised they’re initial settlement offer significantly in our favor. BC&R provided us with addresses once we’d narrowed our choices of shingle to assist in making the final selection we felt was best for our house. Once our choice was made they were on our job very quickly. The ease of working with Josh, Cherish and David was exceptional. Brandon, Brian and the people on the job site were very professional; covering the landscaping, protecting the exposed windows and electrical transformer, then laying out tarps to catch anything in the yard while they ripped the old roofing and underlayment off. The quality of installation was second to none. Their cleanup of the area was very thorough and they returned everything back to its original position. These guys really went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations! They are courteous and friendly, punctual, and above all, extremely knowledgeable. They came when they said they would, did excellent work and made sure my roof and gutter installation went just as it should- extremely smooth and problem free. I felt the need to be present the day of install but after seeing the work and professionalism of the company, I would feel completely comfortable hiring them again and leaving them unattended to do their job! All I had to do was call and tell them I needed a roof inspection and they took it from there. The best part is they know how to handle the Insurance companies to make sure I didn’t get shorted in any way. Handling the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend these guys!! Would give 10 stars if I could, but definitely 5 stars in my book!!”
