I highly recommend if you are starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Her expert knowledge of body movement, vast / various tips & techniques to improve flexibility & her attention to detail make for a great instructor! My only real nit pick is the lack of choice seemingly lack luster of any career outside the range of stem fields. But hey if you're into that that's great cause I surely am. Parking lot is a little lackluster in the morning and after school which can make you late in sometimes.”
