I called the new customer number and talked to a woman who was kind and directed me to call Heather. Heather greeted me and set me up with the desired unit. I told her I would come in the next day to get things squared away. Heather was sweet and professional and told me that Ramon would be there when I arrived to Extra Space to take care of me. On The move-in day, Ramon was patient and informative. He took the time to show me the unit and to answer all of my questions. Another customer came in as we were finalizing everything. Ramon acknowledged the new customer and finished up the process with me. The awareness, politeness, and overall customer service demonstrated by the employees was awesome. “Prompt friendly service. This was probably one of the best experiences I've ever had in a chain tire store. Everyone was very friendly and happy to help. We were kind of in a pinch when we found a nail in our tire. We called around 6:30pm and they said to bring it on down. As soon as we got there, one of the guys working in the shop saw us pull up and immediately came out and got the tire. The young lady working at the desk and the guy who did the repair were both great! With in about 45 minutes they had us taken care of. Job well done! We really appreciated the excellent customer service!”

“I can't tell you how much we appreciate these guys! Between moving offices 3 times in 5 years, moving my kids, dealing with my deceased father in law's estate, and rental houses that we partially furnish I think we've called on them a few times a year every year. They have even helped when we need the big stuff moved inside a building, even if we don't need a truck. We often end up with the same team and they've learned to deal with our crazy requests with a smile. In the oddest of requests they've done haul away of the junked furniture that we didn't need or was too damaged. I would definitely recommend them for any moving needs!”
