I'll be honest, my first time ordering last week, my order was a flop, but I called them to let them know and their manager on duty was very understanding and replaced my order. Their customer service is phenomenal and next time I come into town, they will definitely have my order ready and right! Great lemonade, amazing chicken, and just all around a wrong experience made wonderful and right!! Thank you, Prairieville Cane's! Especially you, JK!

This might be considered an unfair criticism, but ..... I wish Cane's could figure out a better way to package their togo orders. It doesn't matter how short your drive home is, your chicken is going to be soggy when you get home. The vents in the box just aren't good enough. It's a shame because if you can dine in, it's like a completely different meal.
