“The Coaches and Staff at this location are fantastic. I was someone leading a pretty sedentary lifestyle. The coaches ran a six week challenge to lose some weight and get back into shape. Best decision I have made in a long time. I was able to lose over 25 lbs in those six weeks. The first week was rough. But I have really enjoyed the workouts and getting back into shape. If you are someone looking for a positive atmosphere to come get back into shape this is your gym. I highly recommend this Gym.”

I tend to go about once a week for a chicken burrito bowl, because i feel like it's a healthier option than a fast food burger or a fried chicken.
