“I've rarely used a Service that goes the extra mile like these guys. They responded quickly, explained everything they were doing, and helped coordinate the follow up work with the Power company. We had to have the power company come out the next day and disconnect the power but Bayou Electric arrived quickly enough to do their work and we were able to restore power by early afternoon the same day. I would use a personal couch shampooer but it would ultimately just move the stain around and make it worse. Toby was able to remove all the stains and it looks brand new again.
