Whoever runs this company knows the importance of pleasing a client with the type of customer service that we didn't think existed anymore. Unlike another dealer we saw for an estimate but, over a week later, had not heard a word back from them, HMC gave us a detailed written estimate the day after coming to our house. It was an added bonus that HMC's estimate was the least expensive of the ones we got. The hard working installers did an outstanding job and and the completion and startup visit by Chris was excellent. It was obvious to us that HMC operates its business with the understanding that a whole house standby generator is an expensive investment and it tries to make the customer happy by providing, not only a good product, but great customer service.
