“I had been thinking about going back to church,just didn't know which one I wanted to check out.then one day my mom asked if I would like to go with her to church,which she had just started attending,I said yes ma'am and that Sunday I went with her and a sister of mine,I figured it would have been no different than other churches ive been to , BOY WAS I WRONG !!! from the first Sunday I went,I knew this was the place I wanted to call my church. It's nothing like other churches the preacher is the most wonderful,loving and kind person that i have ever met.and he loves to pick around .loves telling jokes and laughing.he really really cares about everyone. His wife is just to sweet and loving as well. The people here are always smiling laughing,and love to give hugs every time they see you.its just a Great place to be,I fill like I belong,like I'm loved but most of all,I feel the love of GOD and I KNOW that I am saved. There's a big difference in believing your saved and KNOWING your saved, here,at Sorrento Baptist church you will KNOW and feel that love and that difference. If i could , I'd get EVERYONE to come Sunday morning and see for themselves just how amazingly wonderful this church really is. I hope to see you all out there one Sunday!!!! About 4 months ago they did the funeral services for my Aunt Edna and it was absolutely wonderful. On January 28th, 2020 they also did the funeral services for my dad. It was amazing. Clifford made the process of arranging everything seamless and worry-free. Clifford never pressured us in making decisions or ever made us feel uncomfortable. He also would make his personal recommendations for what would work best. He personally would call us to make sure we had everything we need and all of the resources as we were not familiar with a lot of the arrangement processes.
