From the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left we had no complaints. Everything was as we expected, clean and efficient. Of course because of the virus, the continental breakfast was limited. The staff, as usual, were friendly, professional, and helpful. We always enjoy our stay at Quality Inn no matter where we are in the USA.”

“I have lived in this complex through 3 different corporate management changes. We have always made it a point to speak kindly and bluntly about all issues we have faced. I will say honestly, we have just had the BEST full remedy for one of our issues. They utilized their front desk staff, office manager, and outside contractors etc. to fix the issue. It is a pleasure to say satisfaction is met when you communicate properly with intelligent and diligent people. Thank you Matt (at the front desk). Thank you Kitty (sorry if I misspelled your name). Of course, thank you willow creek management for allowing your staff to have corporate back up for issues (cough cough approving money to increase your current resident's living comfortability)! Also, our maintenance crew is full of jewels; but my family's favorite person is "SUPERMAN"! Also known as Matt...he is so kind to my son, and both my husband and I. Thank you...just for being you!”

“The lady who took my blood saw I was nervous & decided to tap on my veins to make the blood come out faster, I felt horrible afterwards. & They kept me waiting for my blood test results. Everyday they would say I would have a call by the end of the day & everyday I would be the one to call them & they wouod tell me I wont have results until the next day. I gave 4 starts tho bc my doctor was nice to me & I didn't pass out after giving blood to the nurse even though I felt awful. So the doctors/nurses here do know what they are doing (for the most part)”
