“I've had 6 pregnancies and could not lose the 20-40 pounds I gained with each child. I couldn't function without 2 naps a day and I was missing out on having fun with my kids. I've seen the 6-week transformation challenge a few times while I lived in California but because of child care issues among other things, I never bothered to learn more.
