Told her I needed the vehicle back by Friday, she said she would try her best to make that happen, and it was ready by thursday! I have never used this company before however, I will definitely use them again in the future. Update: There was a few issues with my repair, however Tri-care went above and beyond resolving those issues!! A few days after the final fix, the owner called me personally saying that he had seen that my vehicle returned a few times, and asked if it was right, told him that it was. He said that if I had anymore problems with it to contact him directly. NOW THAT IS TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will definitely use again for future repairs and will highly recommend!”

“So happy I went here! It was quick and easy and the cheapest I found. I went to a couple places and only one had a actual location which was Dent Works. Called a few and only Dent Works had proof of insurance and was a legitimate business....did not want anyone showing up in an old truck with a GED to work on my new car. They were very knowledgeable of cars and had been in the same spot for over 30 years. I wish I would have known about them years ago. The repair was perfect.”

“This is my fifth trip to have Carmena's do body work on my vehicles. The first two insurance declared as total losses. The third Nick took one look and made some sort of Ninja / Chiropractor maneuver and the fender went right back where it was supposed to go and he refused to take money for it. The fourth time he fixed my truck door for about 2/3 what he said it would take. This time it was my daughter's 2016 Toyota Yaris after she was attacked by a suicidal deer. We scheduled repairs for her spring break, they had the parts on hand and, easy as pie, repairs were made in the timeframe promised. The actual repairs and paint job look better than how it came from the factory. Seams between body panels now line up evenly and the paint is a beautiful match.
