I have tried for years to buy a house and every time I was turned down. It was either I didnt have the money or my credit wasnt good enough. It was years before I tried it again. I was actually looking for someone else to be my agent when one of my facebook friends posted a breakfast that bee realty sponsored so I went and liked what I saw and heard. I was still skeptical because something had always went wrong. Barbara can tell you i didn't smile the whole time until i signed those papers. She listened to me and always returned my text or phone calls. She also gave input and wisdom that helped throughout the whole process. Matter of fact she knew what I was looking for that she me time and gas money. I learned some of the pictures of the houses are misleading. At the end we ran into a problem but she came up with a resolution that was excepted by me and the seller and the deal went through. I am now a homeowner who collects rent every month thanks to God Almighty and Bee realty. She even bought me a grill which I haven't used yet but I will.
