AMC Westbank Palace 16

It was an incredible high to once again watch movie on big screen. Saw 007 movie with Prime audio. Excellent action packed. Just what I needed.
Theatre is spotless. Looks good as new. Bathroom near lobby was fully stocked & spotless.
I saw 3 PM matinee, so very small crowd. Concession stand was, for obvious reasons, poorly staffed. Had to ask management to find attendant. I figure that will resolve with more customers.
Hope theater can remain clean & stocked. (Pre COVID-19, that was Intermittent but minor problem.)
Masks strongly recommended for everyone regardless of vax status. Everyone there was masked, including patrons.

Unfortunately, this location isn't as clean as it was during the early days of the pandemic reopening. Seats and floors are not being checked and taken care of and disinfected like a few months ago, but all things considered, the staff are friendly and it is still enjoyable to come to AMC.

Just bring a few wipes to wipe your seat off, also be mindful that there may not be enough staff members at times, so the snack line can bog down if a crowd is coming to see a flick.

I enjoyed Venmo. Service was great! I purchased everything online my tickets and food. I would highly recommend if you every visit on a busy weekend.

Best location hands down! From the managemnt team down to their staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. My family and I always enjoy our visit here and if there's every an issue it's always resolve!
