Especially Mr. Scott from L00P LINEN... Nice people and hard workers.. Over 100yrs of business and Family Owned!!! I love that they kept the business here on the Westbank after all these years and supplied those jobs to the locals! I defiantly love that aspect!! I might be looking for a new job soon.. “Love love LOVE sweet generations. I had the absolute best customer service experience with this bakery! I was in town in February looking to do some cake tasting. I had gone to two bakeries that I just knew off the top of my head and after scheduling tastings at both, I show up for them to tell me they would be closed on my wedding week (week of July 4th). After asking around for recommendations, I had two people mention sweet generations. I gave them a call and asked to schedule a tasting. The owner told me they usually did tastings on certain days but I was leaving before those days to go back home. She squeezed me in anyway and got me on the schedule for a tasting the day before we left Louisiana. The cake was DELICIOUS and it was the one thing I looked forward to from February until July. I ordered a 3 tiered cake with Pineapple, Bavarian Cream, and strawberry fillings on each of the different tiers. We also ordered a chocolate grooms cake with chocolate buttercream icing. On the day of the wedding, the cakes were delivered with no issues and tasted just as good as when we had the tasting. I would recommend Sweet Generations a thousand times over and I’m so glad we chose them for our cakes. I plan to go back to sweet generations every time I return home to Louisiana.”

“I bought a car from here about a year and a half ago and I would definitely recommend these guys. They did a great job accommodating me and my needs. At the time my previous car had gotten totaled while it was parked. So I needed a new car, and I needed it fast as possible so I could get back and fourth to work! These guys made it happen for me. I had my license plate and on the road the next day! It’s a man and his son that run the place and their cars are all cleaned up and tuned up before sale. I still have my car, which is a 2014 Toyota Camry. They even helped me get new brakes that the dealership lied and said I needed. The dad even recommended an honest shop for me to go to, and I still go there to this day for any of my oil changes or maintenance. I will most likely buy my next car here. Very down to earth trustworthy people.”

“**Update: about two weeks later they sent someone to finish up the job. The worker was exceptional. His attentional to detail was much appreciated. I could recommend this company with two stipulations: 1. Know their timeline is tentative; 2. Check the work is completed to your satisfaction before you pay and they leave.** The work is fine. Once they finally shown up and get to work. Installation was scheduled for a certain date, a Thursday. One week later than I was originally told. First problem. 2nd problem, when they called to confirm they had pushed back a day without contacting us ahead of time. Then the afternoon before installation, they call to tell us they won’t be coming till the following Monday! Then on Monday they didn’t get started till 10am. So of course it being November and running out of light they didn’t finish. They showed up nice and early the next day, but we had prior engagements and had to leave before they finished. We gave them a check before we left, paying the balance in full. Come home to find they had installed something backwards and also left quite a few feet of screen unattached to the frame. That was a Tuesday and today is Friday. I have been promised every single day since they would come to finish the work. Only to get the run around. They sure did cash the check quick. This company is not straight forward in any way shape or form with the customer. They just tell you what you want to hear so you get off their back. Very unprofessional. The installers were great, though. If you value transparency I would suggest shopping around for another patio cover company.”
