“I went in to buy a break light sensor today. Going into auto parts stores is always anxiety inducing, especially when I know the part I need. I'm always met with questions about whether I'm sure that's the right part, and did I have someone look at it for me...etc. There are usually smirks and winks involved too.. Today I was waited on by a wonderful woman named Kee. To be clear, this is the first time I've even been waited on by a woman in an auto parts store. When I asked her for the part I wasn't met with 20 questions, she actually just sold me the part. I've never left a review in my life, but I appreciated this so much. It could not be left unsaid.”

“I highly recommend the O’Reilly’s on Airline. I came there with my Santa Fe after my battery needed a jumo to get a new battery. Not only Did he check my battery and alternator, he checked my fuses as my brake lights were out and changed them. (Just the bulbs were bad). It’s hard to find anyone willing to work like that especially On a Sunday and the young man stopped what he was doing to fix the issues.”

On the way there, Ray told me the shop I was going to was possibly going to charge a hefty fee for something so simple, so we changed the route and went to his shop to instead. The towing service was very reasonable, and he reassured me that my car will be looked at if not the same day, then that Monday. Fast and quality service at a very good cost.
