“Full disclosure: I work here. In all honesty this is the most efficient and clean of all the restaurants I’ve worked at over the years. The food is… well, it’s Domino’s: not really any better or worse than other locations though the current staff deserve your patronage (and MASSIVE tip) more than most. I would like to note that delivery drivers make MUCH LESS THAN minimum wage and therefore literally depend on your generous tips for their living. Furthermore, relatively recent changes in the percentage of tips that are “credit” means they only wind up receiving 75% of your tip unless you tip cash. And lastly, drivers ONLY receive your tip and are just barely compensated for their mileage (which on the average delivery amounts to little over $1): they DO NOT receive any portion of the delivery fee. They have to buy their own gas, insurance and vehicle maintenance/payments ALL out of YOUR tips and HOPE to have enough left over to pay rent, feed themselves and their family, etc.”

“The food truck is in the parking lot. Go past the food truck to what looks to be an old house that is on the water. After walking through a long hallway there is a handwritten sign with the menu on it. Continue further past there and you can either choose to sit inside or outside. There is a step to get outside that’s a little bit tricky. There is a helpful attendant who essentially is a food runner between the food truck and your table. When you pay, you pay at the food truck out front when you leave. They’re doing a great job of making do with what they have after hurricane Ida. We had the steak nachos which were made with fried egg roll wrappers instead of tortilla chips. The steak was the kind you would find on a cheesesteak sandwich. With fresh tomatoes and onions and a nacho cheese sauce they were delicious. It was a great place to have a afternoon snack and watch the boats. The restaurant was 1/2 to 2/3 full and it took about 10 minutes to get our food. Our server was exceptionally helpful. One star missing because they did the math wrong and tried to overcharge us.”

We are currently back in the area for a few days & were disappointed to find out the restaurant is temporarily closed due to storm damage (per a local resident). “Local chain's quirky drive up location. If you live in West end this is the closest and fastest place for coffee. Walk up/drive up only with no seating so don't think you're sticking around. If you want a hang out with the same coffee they have another location on Vets that does have seating and wifi that's pretty close. The frozen pucchino is like a frapuccino and a vanilla frosty had an amazing child but super sweet. Otherwise they have all the basics and are proficient if not inspired baristas.”

“My Mom took me there fir my birthday. To be honest my experience started out weak. They sat us in front of the waiter station. I went back to the host and asked to be move and they did. After that everything was great. My waitress Jasmine was amazing! We both had pork chops - they were out of this world! Jasmine even brought me over a little ice cream sundae for Bday. I have not eaten there in 15 years. Clearly I missed out on some great food. 8 thumbs up!!!”

“Went there for breakfast before the Strawberry Festival. The service was good. The portion was generous. Had the Surf and Turf omelet. The omelet was perfect. Perfect texture and was yummy. Had a biscuit. Personally I like a lighter airy inside and a little more moisture but some butter took care of the rest. Would definitely do again. Want to try some donuts next time. Wish I had gotten some pictures. Next time.”
