Dr Arshad was such a pleasant surprise. He was attentive and responsive. He spoke to me for full hour and actually knew about me more in one session than other psychiatrists knew in years . “Surprised Anyone opened an AF way down here. It also appears to be stocked too. Theres definitly enough equipment here to get a good workout. It has mostly lifefitness machined. The gym has 2 racks. Unfortunately the treadmills are preva, but you cant log in to accumukate point or join challenges. But they do have ellipticals,bikes, and a stairclimber. pretty good”
