The owner and employees were not only considerate and friendly, but very thorough in ensuring our unit was safely installed. They even discovered that our house was receiving too much voltage, and personally coordinated with the electric company to fix the issue within the hour. Their attention to detail and expertise spared us THOUSANDS in potential damage. Both us and our our dogs are loving our new AC!

They do first class work, they keep you informed during the process and they stick to their word. I would highly recommend Down South Electric without reservation. I am very pleased with the product installed!
