Saucier's Plumbing

Saucier’s ran a gas line to our home last week and we had a great experience. I got quotes from multiple plumbing companies. Honestly it seems hard to find people who will even return calls right now. Saucier’s was not only the most responsive and competitively priced, but also had the most knowledgeable employees who came to look at the project.

Unfortunately it has been raining like crazy in the days leading up the work, but they left our yard with minimal marks and took extra care to clean up after their work in general.

Sammy Saucier came to my home the minute I called. Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. Informed me that my water heater was under warranty when I had no idea and that all parts would be covered under the warranty. Excellent customer service and just a friendly guy. We have used Saucier's Plumbing numerous times over the last few months to repair problems our "contractor" messed up after the flood. We've worked with many of their employees and all of them have been professional and courteous. They are very knowledgeable and perform high quality work. In dealing with other sub-contractors during the re-building process there was a lack of communication, but Saucier's Plumbing has been very easy to contact and always responds quickly when we email or call.

I am very pleased with Saucier's Plumbing. My appointment was at 3 pm. They arrived at 2:57 pm. The Saucier employee was excellent. He was very customer service oriented. He promptly located and repaired the multiple breaks from frozen pipes. I would definitely use them again and I strongly encourage YOU to use Saucier Plumbing.
