“I've been using this facility off and on for 10 yrs now, and I've always had a pleasant experience... until a few weeks ago.... I chose to use 2 washers that I hadn't used before, but they were available, and seemed to be working, needless to say, both machines stopped halfway through the wash... so not only did it waste my time, took $7.50,also I had to move to 2 bigger washers that were $5 each.... so badly incovenant !”
