“Great dojo. My son started the Junior Judo program a few months ago, and I signed up for the adult class shortly after. Sensei James Wall and the other instructors are very experienced, courteous, and kind. They truly care about their students and it shows. I have participated in a few different martial arts in the past, and I enjoy the Judo classes at Wall To Wall Martial Arts the most, by far! Highly recommended! EDIT: Approximately 3-4 years later, I have been consistently attending the adult Judo classes (along with the occasional BJJ class or open mat). I currently have a 2nd degree brown belt in Judo, and a black belt is within my reach, assuming I keep it up for another 2 years or so. After that, the plan is to switch to BJJ (which is also offered here) to further supplement my training. I enjoy helping to teach the kids' Judo classes, and I think Judo and BJJ are great activities for any child (or teen or adult) who is looking to benefit from the physical and mental aspects of "the Gentle Way/Art". It has made a tangible difference in my family, and I hope that others can experience the same benefits.”

Justin is by far the best coach/ mentor I've ever had in my life. All the coaches are AMAZING and are always watching to make sure that your form is correct. Unfortunately, my current job relocated from Hammond to Covington so the commute became too much. We were both very sad to leave our Slingin iron family. It's the best CF box by far and would never go anywhere else. It could never come close to being at the same level as Slingin Iron. The hardest part is having the courage to walk in the front door. The one thing I loved is that He asks if your doing okay while inserting needles, and checks if treatment is going well. I had a very bad experience with another specialist that didn't communicate or ask if I was doing ok. Leaving a bruise on my shoulder for months. Acupuncture is relaxing and pain free if its done right. To some people like me, it might sting a little, but after the needles are off your left feeling relaxed with less pain. You can always count on Raoul to help you up if needed. You can also try cupping therapy that's makes you feel great after one treatment. The attention to detail, and consideration of someone's well being is excellent. Ladies He even has hair ties to lift your hair up if you forgot one. Receptionist are so kind. He does a great job taking you on a tour of the place along with the whole sing up process. He’ll make sure to make it all work out, trust me he was flexible and extremely optimistic when problems arose from our end. Dedicated time to play pickup (king of the court style), friendly staff and ownership, well maintained facilities, and dedicated workout spaces in the back. There are also shooting machines to use when one of the 5 hoops are open and training staff on site. Highly recommended!”
