“I had my Eye Exam by St Charles Vision on St Charles Ave completed on 11/18/19 which generated a complicated prescription. Everyone from the receptionist, the eye care assistant, the Eye Doctor and the eyewear consultant was fantastic to deal with. In particular I was thoroughly please with my eyewear consultant Dana who (hope I got the name correct) was a real trooper and guided me to the perfect set of frames and after trying on about 30 different sets of glasses. I didn't expect my glasses to be ready for about 12-14 Days but on Sunday 11/24/19, I received a message that my glasses were ready to be picked up. The new glasses fit and look great and I could not be more pleased with the total experience. Highly recommend these folks.”
