“Really enjoying this large old school gym with Tom's of weight equipment (not just treadmills). Disappointed that they have no music (deadly silent) and god forbid of you breath or set the weights down on the rack too loud as you'll be corrected by one of the ladies there. Also, if you need to adjust your mask, likely someone on a treadmill will drop their mask to yell at you to keep yours up. Seems some of the local non students dampen what could be a great gym (I'm a non student also but not there to police the students). So bring a header and generate your own workout energy but keep.it to yourself.”

You only go once a week for 30 min to work with a trainer who assists you in your workout. The sessions are vigorous, deep and totally effective. Its a safe space where I feel fully supported. I love that they don't have any mirrors in the room as it helps me to relax into how my body is feeling. After a few months of consistent training my body feels amazing. My core is super strong and the aches I used to get in my joints and back are gone. My trainer (Virginia) is super professional and really does a great job getting me to work at my limit. I totally recommend this gym and their unique training system. Their prices are very reasonable, you even get 2 free sessions to try them out when you sign up.”

“Great, clean, and easily accessible! This center has a wonderful staff that takes good care of the pools. The outdoor pool is a bit small, but perfect for first-time swimmers or cooling off on a hot day. The 50m indoor pool is where the serious swimmers go however. Usually split into two 25m sections, during the summer it is open for a full length with the option to share a lane with someone. Reservations fill up quickly and I'm not entirely sure how the wait list is handled. Overall, it is a great location for recreation, training, or learning to swim!”
