“Bruce, with DME Direct is awesome!! I contacted DME and other medical supply places in the New Orleans and Jefferson Parish in search of a replacement cord for my Mom's portable oxygen concentrator. Bruce noted they didn't have any, but told me he will check with some contacts and get back to me. In my past experience, I would rarely get a call back from a company that did not have an item I requested, but 10 mins. later I received a call from Bruce. He told me to get a pen and paper and wright a phone number and contact to someone who could help me out. I reached out to the contact and arranged the purchase and to pick up the power cord later in the afternoon. When I was in route to pick up the item I received a call from Bruce checking to see if I made contact and if I had the power cord, I was shocked and speechless. I was so surprised that this gentleman would actually follow up to see if I was able to get an item that I didn't purchase from his business. Bruce is a rare person in today's world of customer service. You can believe that if there's ever a need for medical equipment the very first place I will be contacting is DME!! The rooms were clean, house keeping gave us plenty of towels and they provide soap, body wash etc. These rooms also has full refrigerators as well.
