PhysioFit Physical Therapy

Recently had a total hip replacement and needed to find an out patient physical therapy clinic. Even though PhysioFit in Destrehan is two blocks from my home, I was hesitant to sign up because I knew nothing about them. One day I stopped by their clinic and met Tatiana and spoke with Allen, the clinic director. After speaking with Allen and Tatiana, I decided to give them a try. It was a great choice! I’ve been there a few weeks now and I am very pleased with my results. Allen, along with his student in training physical therapist, Jimmy, are very knowledgeable and are able to explain things to me clearly and answer all of my questions. It’s been a pleasant experience for me and I highly recommend their services to everyone.

This location is very clean and attractively decorated and equipped. The office coordinator is friendly and efficient in scheduling appointments, dealing with insurance and collecting copays. Allen, the physical therapist is knowledgeable and skilled in developing a physical therapy plan to address your particular problems. The services including, dry needling, manipulation, hands on therapy helped reduce pain and increase range of motion.

Can't say enough good things about Physiofit! Allen, the Manager and therapist, is top-notch at both. Tatiana, his assistant, is a great young lady who is friendly and puts you at ease, but is very efficient.

I have lower back problems as well as shoulder issues. My therapy was aimed at the shoulder problems. Allen made sure that my therapy helped my shoulders and did not have an adverse effect on my back.

I would highly recommend you ask that your physical therapy be assigned to Physiofit.

They are very knowledge, patient and all around a great physical therapy experience!! They are hands-on unlike other therapy facilities. After just a couple of visits you want to keep going back! Alan runs the Destrehan facility and he is just wonderful! Please try them out, you won’t regret it!!!!!

I was very pleased /satisfied with the care and personal attention I received at Physiofit from the entire staff. The location was very convenient with no problems parking! I found the staff to be very professional and caring. Thanks Guys !!
