“I. I was diagnosed with MS when I was 40 years old. I started going to Woody soon after I was diagnosed. I have been going on and off ever since. The off was because I thought work was very important and the therapy could wait because I was still in good shape and doing pretty much everything I wanted to do physically but slowly but surely MS was winning the war. MS is a war. Besides my beautiful family, great Doctors, friends, Insurane and medication. Woody and his staff have been a extremely important part of my battle against MS. Woody and Felicia are the only two people that are still there since I first started going there. Therapist, techs and office personal come and go but those two were always there to greet me and the rest of his clients. Because of my illness and the pandemic, I had to stop going in March 2020 till April 2021. When I returned Woody, Felicia, Katie, Casey and Chris were all there and happy to see me. Thanks to SJPT for continuing to keep me fighting.”

“N.P. Nicole Green was the sweetest and most attentive and listened more than anyone I've ever come across! 10+ stars for her. My only issue was she was supposed to call me the very next day which would be on a Wednesday with my blood test results, I never heard from her so I called but never could make it past the receptionist even though the day before one tried to put me through but they were too busy but this one tells me no they don't speak to patients on the phone I have to make an appointment. Well I guess it comes down to charging my insurance in order to get my test results even though I already looked at them on the ochsner website. I'm sure it's not up to Dr Vellanki or the nurse practitioner but I couldn't make it past this receptionist. Bottom line is I'd really like to stay with this doctor but I don't know about getting past this receptionist so I'll have to wait and see hopefully they'll give me a call if this receptionist gives them the message. But A+ to the doctors!”
