Always does a great job. Very personable. Of you hire action, you know you will get 1 guy. That guy has been doing windshields forever. Uses quality product to install glass. He has changed at least 4 windshields for me over the years. None have leaked.
It started with a phone call yesterday evening to discuss a replacement windshield; I provided my Make, Model, and Year. I got what I consider a very affordable quote ($60 less than what I was told I would pay for a new windshield by the previous owner) so I provided my address and set-up an appointment early this morning to have my windshield replaced at my house.
Right on time, they pulled up with a matching windshield. The gentleman had the specialized tools and the depth of knowledge to seamlessly uninstall my broken windshield, strip away remaining residue, clean and prep the area for the new windshield, while all along answering my questions and diagnosing troubled areas in my vehicle (rust, aged windshield whippers, missing plastic tabs). It was done before I knew it and I paid with my Visa Card-- so I didn't have to run to the Bank to pull out cash or write a cheque. Insured, licensed and I got a warranty. What isn't to love?
Action Glass has come to my place of business twice to replace windshields in my car. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. I will call them immediately if, or more likely when, my windshield needs repair or replacement
