“I absolutely love King Kake King. Our office orders every year. This year, we ordered a strawberry/cream cheese and a lemon. I cut the cakes into one inch slices. The filling was gushing out as I cut each time. I've never seen so much filling in a king cake before! The cake was moist and flaky! It was covered with icing and purple, green, and gold sugar. My co-workers said that it was the best king cake they've ever had. Don't listen to bad reviews! You must try these cakes for yourself. If you EVER have any problem with your cake at all, just call them and they will make it right. My office devoured the cakes in about 30 minutes.”

“There's nothing but dessert places on hwy 21 now. Great American cookies, Crumbl and epic milkshakes all in walking distance. I finally managed to get around to going. There's definitely more here than just cookies. Unknown till arrival they have cakes, ice cream and malts too. Now I've heard several arguments the GAC and crumbl over which was better. I'm here to put that argument to rest. Crumbl is definitely the better COOKIE place to go as the presentation is better and the cookies definitely gen taste better pending u get a cookie worth having. Also cookies are made to order at crumbl so it's fresh. Great American cookies has more variety but unless u go in at the right time the cookie your get prob isn't freshly made. Plus for people looking for value there's actual bundle deals for cookies. However bundles only for the basic cookies and Will not extend to brownies, cakes, ice cream or double doozies. Great American cookies does specialized cakes to order (at least 2 days in advance) and allows any current day cookies to be converted into double doozies which is nice. They also serve ice cream and can make malts as well. There's also unlike crumbl areas to sit and eat vs take to go. The 2 cookies I decided to buy were great the birthday cake doozie and white chocolate macadamia nut. However the cheesecake brownie was a pass. Like crumbl Cookies are probably randomized but unlike crumbl which on social media u can see weeks cookies well in advance you prob can't tell what's available before u arrive unless u call. Still its a great place IMO if you're looking for more variety in sweets or looking for a custom order or value for large orders for a party or multiple kids. Raw cookie id still prob go to crumbl however....”

“Stopped by for lunch. The roast beef was wonderful. The meat pie was good too. Simple, really good lunch fare. Reasonably priced lunches. Excellent desserts. Really great place to stop for a lower priced, excellent sandwich. It's close to home, will be back!”

“The donuts are not as big as I’m use to, the apple fritter are good but to me a little over cooked, I like the edges crunchy and the middle nice and soft but these are a little to crunchy on the sides and middle. The staff is very nice, when I stop it’s about 5:30 am, and they don’t have a big selection at that time, but the apple fritter are normally done are done within 5 minutes of me ordering them. The donut holes at other donut shops if you order a bag it’s like filled up over the amount you order, but here if you order a dozen that is all you get a dozen. Over all I do like it just wish you got a little more for your money. Bigger donuts would be awesome. Also when ordering milk check the dates before you pull off, several times the expiration date was the day I got it or the day after.”
