El Rancho Mexican Grill

We've eaten here 4 times in the past year for birthday parties and it's consistently an affordable and pleasant place to eat. Tons of choices on the menu. They can accommodate large gatherings. The staff is friendly and I like the colorful decor.

My family left the restaurant feeling happy and satisfied. I think it was a good value for the price paid. I enjoyed the refried beans a lot. I think the chips would be a lot better with more salt added. Cilantro garnish for flavor and color would be a welcome addition to the plates. The carved and painted chairs and tables provided an element of Mexican atmosphere to an otherwise plain strip mall shopping center. They were unique and different. I think adding some string lights to the ceiling would really add that extra element. The server was kind and attentive.

Excellent service. Seats are just OK. Colorful naive environment. Good quesadilla and burritos. The vanilla ice cream is quite special. Notice the red white green Mexican colors of some dishes.
