After waiting for 11 days for American Generators last year to get an emergency repair, I fired them. I called Guy and he came out and fixed my office unit immediately. You need a generator? do yourself a favor and at least look at these guys. Robert showed up, walked us through what the project would look like and offered some suggestions. Took the time to make sure everything was right before he even started the job, from there the job site stayed clean and efficient. What was really nice was that he took the time to walk me through operation, set up and registration of the product. For such a big investment, do yourself a favor and make sure you get this white glove type service. price was right and I would recommend to anyone looking for the new generator.
