(February 2, 2021, 12:58 pm)I have twin grand babies who died before their birth that are buried at Williams. The staff could not have been anymore compassionate or accommodating to my daughter who was quite emotionally fragile at the time and in panic/grief mode started making last minute requests - literally at the grave side. They were the picture of patience and compassion.
To Williams and other funeral homes who remember that it's not a business transaction for surviving family members - it's personal - I am grateful.
