(October 7, 2021, 11:57 am)The best boxing gym around! They are awesome for kids and adults alike, have a friendly staff, and a clean environment. Dupry (sorry if I spelled his name wrong haha) has been motivating my entire family for years now. He even helped me with my senior research project back in highschool. Really a great place!
(March 22, 2021, 5:53 pm)It's every bit of a traditional boxing gym. You'll learn how to box the way it was supposed to be, not like Ivan Drago from Rocky with all of the machines. Definitely worth giving a try.
(July 20, 2019, 1:26 pm)I used to train at the old gym a couple of years ago. I really enjoyed it. Helped me see potential in myself as a boxer. I Moved to Texas to get a greater education. Now I’m back, And ready to pick up my gloves. Expect to see me back here soon. Ready to continue where I left off. “No pain, no gain.”
(June 13, 2019, 4:58 pm)There is no other gym like it on the Northshore or the Southshore. Coach Dupre takes an interest in everyone that he trains, and he knows everyone that comes through the doors.
The kids gain a greater sense of self-confidence from the training and they are able to handle themselves if approached by a bully. This is a great program, not just for kids but for adults that want to get in shape or remain in shape.
