The transaction was fantastic! The service also amazing beyond it all! One of their employees was ready to head home for the day and she was so amazing that even stayed a bit to take me to my storage and guide me to my storage as well as show me how to work everything out!! Steven then reached out the next day yo make sure everything was going well! And the storage is exactly what I hoped it to be! A 5 x 10 has lots of room it’s pretty awesome! Looking very forward for the next couple of months with ExtraSpace Storage!

Jennifer was really friendly & helpful with getting me set up with my storage & assuring me that my things were safely locked away. And the storage actually happens to be a short walk from where I stay, which makes it even better. I would highly recommend their storage units

This is the first time I need to rent a space to store my furniture, as I have to move to work in other city and go back Madison 4 months later. I am so glad that my first-hand experience with renting storage unit is beyond expectation with Extra Space. I first called to ask for unit availability, their staff was so nice to put me on the system and provided detailed information. The local store reached out to me immediately after my phone call with willingness to show me the available units. I took a trip to visit; they were in a great location with driving up access to the units, making it easy to pack and unpack what you need.

Later, I worked with Amana M to sign the contract via phone. She was super patient to walk through every step of the contract through phone, and was helpful to find discount for me, also listened to my personal need and plan to adjust the start date for me. I got a reasonable price and great experience with their staffs. I highly recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for a storage unit!

Debbie (Deb) in the OK office and Steven in the Madison location were wonderful to work with. Very helpful and answered all of my questions. Took the time to walk me through the contracts, how to sign them, etc. When there was a small issue with the unit locations, they went above and beyond to help get it resolved quickly. Great experience. Thanks.

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Very nice rooms with soft clean beds, quiet and peaceful too. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area
