Wilcox is affordable and fast and knows what he's doing. the trifecta of mechanic mastery. he installed rear rotors and pads (which i provided) in under 90 minutes. when i had a concern and brought the vehicle back to show him, he assured me that in time, it would resolve. i confirmed his explanation with Jeep Forum members (who recommended the parts), but Mr. Wilcox still phoned me the next day to check on how the issue was progressing. never has a mechanic phoned me the day after install or repairs to check on whether something was as expected. this is a 5-star mechanic who i plan to have install the front pads and rotors next summer, if they last that long. don't hesitate, but do communicate expectations and concerns and you will not be sorry. this small, one man business has forged a local reputation via word of mouth in by having provided excellent execution of auto repairs.”
