“I was at the LSU admissions yesterday in the library with my daughters. My 8 year old was with us as we waiting for 3 hours. The librarian was amazing. She had more than 40 people in her library helping everyone out and took the time to accommodate the “bored” eight year old. Offering her snacks, talking to her about whatever came out of my little ones mouth. When we left, she said can I come see my new friend again tomorrow! Ha! We may have a future hawk on our hands! Hannan, you guys are lucky to have such an amazing Librarian. I’m sure the high school kids love her too!! Thanks”

“My teacher is not afraid to call us ignorant. She hates my class because we aren't perfect straight A goody-goody students. She will slap her stick in front of people to scare them and make them jump! So cruel. My friend said one sentence to someone when we were packing at the end of the day and had to write all the 8s in multiplication 20 times each. I'm NOT exaggerating. It is unfair here! We rarely get recess because my fifth grade playground always floods. The gym and sixth grade play ground are perfectly fine on those days we have to sit in the hall for 20 minutes without saying a word. One day in the cafeteria, under my table was a roach. The next day, a boy found a ten inch hair in his burrito! I could go on and on about complaints for this stupid school, but i'm not gonna waist anymore time. Just wanted to let you know that your child is SUFFERING MISERABLY here! Adults are just mean here. (Except Mrs. Dean. She cares :))”

“I have been teaching at Primary Colors for almost 9 years now. Every classroom from the baby room to the pre-k class is not only cared for in the highest standard, but follows an amazing curriculum and daily schedule that allows the kids excel above and beyond what is average. Teachers take multiple continuing education classes and health and safety classes a year to keep up with the latest knowledge. Also, there is so much parent involvement with many parties and calendar themes with daily things to look forward to! Classroom doors are always open to parents. I've personally taught from ages 1-5 and currently am going on my 5th year teaching the pre-k class. I guarantee that the few negative reviews do not reflect the school. I also want to point out that this school most definitely does discriminate against religious beliefs. There is a form to fill out asking whether your child can participate in a prayer before lunch. This form is to respect others religious belief! Also, if a prayer is ever said, it's a basic prayer just saying "thank you for the food we eat thank you for the world so sweet thank you for the birds that sing thank you god for everything". I also want to add that the school prefers to do tours from 9:30-11 because this is when the kids are doing their circle time and lessons/art. The time before is breakfast and drop off's and the time after is lunch, then nap time. Can't properly tour a school when everyone is dropping off their kids or when the kids are asleep 😴 . See how how things can be misconstrued? ☺️ Primary colors is a beautiful school.”
