“If I could give more stars, I would. The people of this store were very kind. I was travelling on the interstate but was forced off due to heavy thunderstorms. I pulled in to the plaza just as we were getting “seek shelter” warnings for a tornado. They were very anxious to close their hurricane doors (I think that’s what it’s called) but actually waited the extra moments for me to retrieve my terrified cat hiding under. my seat. Thank you so much for your kindness and empathy. Your store is also very interesting and I regret not spending more time there to look around but I had to settle my cat back in to the car once the storm passed. I hope others will in my stead”

“Everything else inside is fine but someone needs to teach there employees to not back into the reserved spot while a driver is backing into it. I paid for my spot. I pulled back around as the employee on the golf cart was checking reservations. I turn around and line up with the spot to back. The employee got on the cart, pulled in front of the truck to my right where I was backing, got off the cart and got back on the cart and backed into the spot I was backing into. Never came up to me and said a word. They sat there for a good 10 to 15 min for no reason. Please teach your employees that check the lot better. That was completely and totally uncalled for when I had a long day and just want to park for the night. Other than that no other issues. That just puts that employee in a bind. Had I not seen them do that it could have turned out differently.”
