(July 1, 2016, 7:37 pm)Great place to workout. The owners are awesome and the environment is safe. I like how sometimes the programs are outside, giving you variety. And, the results are perfect if you stick around.

The program is tough, efficient, and always changing to ensure you never lose interest. It's has played a very large part in my healthier and happier new me!
