“I bought tires online and they fit me in to install them for my wife's mercedes, after a few days the right rear tire was losing air, I took the car back to them and they discovered a Crack on the rim which is common for low profile tires. The gave me the number for a repairman (Ricky), we scheduled with him to meet at the tire shop and they unmounted the tire from the rim and mounted and balanced it when the repair was completed.
