Prior to going in the waiting room they did a quick evaluation and checked my temperature. I had arrived early thinking lines would be longer, however, the process was very smooth and efficient and all of the proper safety cleaning / distancing protocols were clearly in play. All of the BROC staff and physicians were wearing masks. My appointment was with Dr. Etheridge and everyone on his staff was great. Couldn’t recommend BROC more. In a few hours following my appointment I was already feeling relief.”
